Accredited eInvoicing service providers in the UAE

The Ministry of Finance publishes the list of Accredited Service Providers itself, under Article 16 of Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025. When we checked it on 19 September 2026 it held 54 accredited providers and a separate list of 8 pre-approved providers still going through final assessment.

Two lists, and the difference matters

The Ministry keeps them apart, and so should you when someone tells you they are "approved":

• Accredited. On the main list, each entry carrying a registration number. These have completed the accreditation process.
• Pre-approved, under final accreditation assessment. A separate, shorter list. The Ministry states these providers have completed the initial pre-approval requirements and are in the final production assessment stage, and that full accreditation follows only on completing the remaining technical requirements and final approval.

A pre-approved provider is not an accredited one. Neither list carries any ranking, and the Ministry notes the accredited list is in alphabetical order and is updated periodically.

How to check a provider in one minute

1. Open the Ministry of Finance ASP list linked in the sources below. It is the register itself, not a copy.
2. Search for the provider’s legal name, not its brand. Several providers trade under a product name that differs from the licensed entity — the list gives the legal entity.
3. Check which of the two lists it appears on.
4. If it is on the accredited list, note the registration number beside it and compare that with whatever the provider has told you.

If a company is on neither list, it is not an accredited provider today, whatever its marketing says.

What the list does not tell you

• Price. The Ministry publishes none, and neither do we.
• Whether it suits your business. Accreditation is a technical and procedural bar, not a judgement about fit, support quality or whether the provider knows your industry.
• Which systems it connects to. Integration claims come from providers, not from the register.

The Ministry also publishes a document called "Considerations for Selecting an Accredited Service Provider" on the same portal. It is the closest thing to an official checklist and is worth reading before you take a sales call.
